  • Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligned with evolving AI trends and market needs.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Translate business needs into functional AI features that create real customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Refine and evolve how we work with AI across the product and organization.
  • Stay current on the latest in LLMs, agentic AI, and AI tooling — and turn insight into action.
  • Transfer AI knowledge and expertise to the product teams by empowering them for future AI-motivated initiatives.

  • Strong experience managing enterprise software products in agile environments.
  • Skilled at writing user stories, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and modern software development practices.

AI Expertise

  • Understanding of Agentic AI systems and related concepts (e.g. ReAct, tool use, function calling).
  • Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, Windsurf).
  • Track record of learning, experimenting, or building with AI (projects, courses, research, etc.)

Enterprise Background

  • Experience working in B2B/enterprise software environments.
  • Knowledge of ERPs, CRMs, and other line-of-business systems.
  • Understanding of iPaaS platforms and API-based integration (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and clearly communicate product vision.
