Your new responsibilities

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership
  • Ensuring plant availability and implementing maintenance strategies
  • Responsibility for the successful completion of all tasks of the working group—in particular commissioning, ongoing maintenance, sustainable repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment in the WET area and associated tools
  • Effective communication internally, externally, and with other relevant departments and stakeholders (e.g., process, engineering, line control, facility, equipment suppliers, etc.)
  • Optimization of personnel, equipment, and process resources for optimal productivity (increasing machine availability, OEE, cost reduction, planning and implementation of improvement projects)
  • Strategic planning of required tool capacities/capabilities to achieve optimal productivity and quality
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of production equipment (selection, commissioning, design, compliance with safety standards, creation of maintenance plans and equipment checks, compliance with 5S guidelines)
  • Recording and reporting performance and costs with a focus on production targets, including defining and implementing improvement projects

Who we are looking for

  • Completed technical education – either HTL/technical college or vocational training including several years of technical work experience
  • Experience in leadership desirable
  • Leadership skills, ability to act as a role model and delegate
  • Experience in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, and network technology
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
  • Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Team player who communicates proactively with colleagues
  • Fluent German and English skills
