In the role of Software Consultant / IT Consultant (m/f/d), we offer nursing professionals an exciting career change into the world of software consulting. Your mission is to combine your expertise from the healthcare sector with the demands and opportunities of IT. You will work independently in a collaborative environment to support our clients in the implementation and use of our software solutions. You will plan and conduct both digital and in-person user training sessions to ensure that our clients can effectively utilize the software. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will maintain ongoing communication to understand and best meet their needs. Your efforts will help improve the quality of care through innovative IT solutions, bridging the gap between healthcare practice and technology.

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of software rollout projects for our clients (e.g., planning and requirement workshops, software implementation & configuration, project management, etc.).
  • You will conduct user training sessions for our clients either on-site or online (e.g., specialized and product-specific training).
  • Through your competent consulting and close customer support, you will ensure the correct application of our software products and optimize their use for our clients.
  • In your initial projects, you will be guided step-by-step through the software implementation process (installation, configuration, custom database queries, etc.).
  • You will always keep track of the status of individual project phases and ensure communication with project managers, both internally and on the client side.
  • You will play a significant role in the further development of myneva products by identifying market and customer requirements and communicating them to the product management team.
  • You have completed a degree or vocational training (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University), preferably in healthcare management or IT.
  • You have gained practical experience in project work within the healthcare or IT sector.
  • You have a general affinity for IT and are eager to develop your IT skills further (experience with, for example, MS Windows Server, MS Internet Information Services, MS SQL databases is a plus but not required).
  • You are a team player, work independently, and enjoy contributing your ideas.
  • You can easily explain complex topics in a simple manner.
  • You have fluent German language skills and basic knowledge of English.
  • You have a category B driver’s license and a willingness to travel within Austria.

  • Part-time work is possible. Classification according to the collective agreement ST1, starting at EUR 3,016, with willingness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
